For staff who are new to care we offer full and comprehensive induction training
followed by NVQ accreditation at level 2.
Experienced staff are able to join with NVQ level 2 as trained personnel, NVQ level
3 as senior care workers.
Those looking to develop their career path further also have the option to join one
of our training programmes. We encourage our staff to push themselves as far as they
wish to go.
